Bad, horrible service. Nothing gets done. Just promises and more promises.

I've been struggling for more than a year just to recover my Uplay account. I bought a game in January 2015 and since then have been unable to play it. I've sent 20+ messages to Ubisoft's personnel and to date nothing has been done about my queries. They're terrrible!!! I will never buy a game again with Uplay as its platform.</span></p>
