Asked for help but no help received over a jear

Ubisoft supplies games on android. One game in particular is horse haven world adventure. After a update on game, l could not access my game. After numerous attempts asking them for help they keep sending me the same e mail that does not help. After the last update i was able to access my game again, last night l purchased a vip for R139. This morning l cant access my game again. The vip is that you get 70 diamonds for 13 days only but only if you log in to the game. Now l can not go into my game at all so in other words they are *****ing my money.
