Had an agreement with them that they would pay me to keep the electricity connected after they sold the farm, asked me to assist the security guards with groceries and now they just gone quiet. Rudi and his friends celebrated the sale by getting drunk on the farm in front of me. Very very unprofessional company to deal with. They couldn't even get 30 people to attend an auction, I wouldn't waste my time with them.
