Cancellation fee

I tried to request an uber cab last Saturday on the 21st of October. Their site was buffering and loading all the time to a point that I could not get confirmation of trip, who my driver is and car registration. I ended up using pulic transport (taxi) because Uber did not seem to connect. I requesyed a ride today and I was forced to pay a cancellation fee of R70! I do not know for what??? Uber is a bunch of ******** who chow people's moneu for no reason. I am honestly not happy at all and I will be using other Uber competitors from now on and I will spread to news to the public. I dont know why I was charhed a cancellation fee when I dod not cancel the trip or the driver! No vehicle was shown it kept on bifferig and loading. I am really angry with this. I want my money BACK!
