Uber charged me but no service rendered, I need my refund.

Today was the first time I used uber and had a bad experience. The person i booked uber for had moved from the street he was suppose to be picked up from. I notified the driver via the uber app and few minutes after that I noticed the driver cancelled the destination.

I did not receive any call from driver and when i tried phoning him, the number took me to some operator. On top of that I get charged an additional R25, for what I dont know.

Its safe to say i will never use uber again.
