Wrongfully charged

Bad experience, so now you really have to have cash all the time you request a ride cause wow when u make card payments u get charged extra, took a trip yesterday to my house, got dropped off charged done. In the morning I get a notification saying an extra amount has been deducted from my account account when I check the uber ride for yesterday it says it dropped me by Midrand, and address I don't know, how is that even possible we'll bare in mind everytime they charge you twice there are banking fees that are deducted from your account
