Vary Bad Service!!¡!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed with uber driver and uber customer care. I requested uber this morning and the driver told me that I can not pay with uber wallet he only takes cash, I had to withdraw R150 and I was charged for stopping an extra R28 plus when I look at my uber app all the available credit was gone. When I call their customer care they told me that they will look at it and sort it out within 48 hours. Never uber in my life!!!!!!
