*****ulent transactions from Uber Rides

Firstly I tried to contact Uber with no luck.Log a call with no luck. There is a *****ulent transaction on my account for R99.99 just under the sms system. I went through all my rides and and there is no amount nor have I taken a journey. I am disputing the amount but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
