Ubank and it's *********** personnel

Towards 2014 I received a call from JJ Harmse attorneys informing me that I took out a loan with Ubank. I advised that I have never taken out a loan with Ubank, I didn't know such a bank exists. I asked for proof of the agreement that I took out a loan and I submitted an affidavit from the SAPS confirming that I lost my identity document, all this was because the bank failed to comply with the FICA requirements and failed to do due diligence now I have to suffer for their incompetence. I am really fed up of Ubank, this is not a bank I would wish to do business with EVER!!!! Ubank better remove my name from the ITC because I don't owe them a penny. I want this sorted immediately!!!!
