TEBA commiting *****

Teba Queenstown branch contacted me about 2 years ago, they said I must come and sign some documents so that they can give me a payout for my father who passed away working at a mine. They said they will fax the signed documents to Pretoria and the money will be deposited to my bank in 3-4 working days. Till today I have not received that money and I did call and went to the branch for months and they said they can't help as everything was faxed to Pretoria. in January the Queenstown branch called me again to come signed for TB disease payout for my father is went they told me the same story of Pretoria and money in my bank in 3 days but still nothing. I have been contacting them from January and now I am told the money was deposited to a Capitec bank on the 19/01/2018 but I faxed them my bank statement as proof that I didn't receive any payout. They said they cannot confirm the bank account number the money was deposited to as it is confidential information. I don't know what to do as I think all my father's payouts were paid to someone whom I don't know and no one is willing to assist me. I think maybe I should open a case as this is clearly ***** that TEBA is doing.
