We do the estate of JK Senengwe - *** - we have requested for the account to be closed and paid over to the Estate Account. We forwarded all documents as requested. On enquiry of the progress Kwanele Langa informed me the documents are older than 3 months (it is because they took more than 3 months to do anything) they said there was a loan on account, so they must sort out the loan and then the proceeds can be paid- we re-send the documents. Kwanele Langa said there is no date on it. We put a date on and re-send it again. Then Kwanele informed us that the commissioner of oaths we used is not correct. The Police must commission the documents. I phoned her and told her that she does not know how to do her work as this was the 3rd matter we had trouble with and that we will report the bank to the ombudsman. She only rep**** \good luck with that". Until date hereof we could not finalize the estate due to this poor service. No moneys have been paid out for almost a year and there are minor children involved in this estate. If no moneys are payable then just put it in formal writing so we can finalize the matter. """
