ill treatment from female tellers

This morning a consultant refused to open an account for me because my ID had a crack she said I need to go get a new ID and I asked politely for her to scan it because it works I just recently open an acc with Markams and had no issues. The Ubank branch in Welkom does not hire tellers with people s****s I simply wanted an account and I was interrogated as if I was committing a crime, they treat customers like trash and are very rude...I want to open the acc because 1 it's free 2 it's cheaper rates and we living in difficult times every cent counts. I hope this matter gets looked into and it's always these females on their high horses that have no respect for customers
