DO NOT USE UBANK
I have a complaint with ubank, i took out a loan with them and monthly they deduct from my account and yet never allocate this payment to my account on time, this in turn has negatively affected my credit profile, i have been in contact with their consultants one of them who has been very helpful but is not getting the assistance she needs from her superiors. My advise, rather look else where for a personal as Ubank will just ruin your credit profile forever and not even bother to rectify the situation with urgency.now my home loan application has been adversely affected by this.
