Caution

We requested a bank statement of our deceased mother from UBank (Reference 690895) on this email address *** on the 28 July 2021. The request was specifically requested on the letter by the magistrate court signed and dated. A few days later a Statement was issued to us inside the bank no problem at all. Two weeks later *** only then responds stating that "letter could not be confirmed by the court and reference number 690895 has been closed." This shows how inconsistent the institution is, one minute you have the document the other minute you can't have it. This is just a caution to the public, otherwise this matter was resolved for us before *** indirectly insinuated that the letter from the magistrate is **********, thanks God.
