Capitec service Ladysmith ATM *******

I went to withdraw cash of R4000 to do my personal staff as I needed to. Money reflected withdrawn but I did not receive cash from the ATM . I tryd calling their ***** n emergency customer care Numbers , They never Answered.

CAPITEC SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE and Loyalty !!. everytime during busy days their systems are offline and ATM not work .

Tomorrow the 6th of Aug… 2022 I will change my salary not to be paid by your Pathetic service bank to customer royalty banks like Nedbank, FNB OR ABSA.

You always let down your clients with your system.
