Bad service from the begin

This is a huge problem which I hope other people will not fall into.

I app**** online for a loan and is was basically approved.

I then waited for a consultant to give me a call yet know one comes back to you after 2 days.

I have tried to contact ubank but guess what they will come back to me and never does.

So my question is what do they do with our details and is the huge ****

Because the person you speak to is seriously not interested to assist.
