Uba Corporate Gifts ignores requests for reimbur*****t after not honoring online order

It's with much disappointment with Uba Corporate Gifts that I write this review. We placed an online order for a laptop trolley bag in the beginning of March. We had no delivery of the item nor received any correspondence within the month that followed. I sent emails in the beginning of April to the listed email addresses with no reply. I then called their reception several times, eventually left a message for the owner, Mohammed to phone me which he never did. After a few more emails and another phone call I was given Mohammed's cell phone number. He rep**** to my first message where I informed him of the order and asked for a reimbur*****t, and he rep**** saying that he is forwarding my message and will get feedback urgently and apologised for the mishap. That was 2 weeks ago. I've sent him 3 more messages on different days asking him for feedback regarding the reimbur*****t and my messages get completely ignored. My email sent to him and one other email address at Uba with the banking details for the reimbur*****t was also ignored. I don't believe this company is operating with honesty and I'm at the point of reporting this as *****.
