THE MOST APPALLING SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I don't recommend this company to anyone. I purchased urgent items on the 22nd April 2020. Payment was made via EFT and cleared immediately. I did not receive a waybill number for my order. Following up on the order using an invoice number is a nightmare! The phone is never answered. I received a call from Thabang after I wrote them an email. He promised to call me back and never did. I have never had such disappointing service. Worse still is that they will not reverse my payment. It feels like ****************!!! PLEASE BEWARE.
