SHOCKING SERVICE

Received an order - but items not as per website and lids did not close on ALL the items. 8 emails later (4 weeks later) - with 1 reply stating had been forwarded to management, 3 weeks ago) and I still have not heard a word. No one answers the listed telephone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDEREING FROM THIS COMPANY.
