******** who cares less about customers

I wish I came here first to read reviews about this ********. They don't even know how to give an excuse. I'm warning all please do not place any orders with this company. First they said my item has 14 day turnaround time but now no one responds to my emails anymore. I paid for my order on 10th Nov 2020 and today I haven't heard anything. I 'm no longer interested now I want my money, and yes I've lost my patience. Just know I will be sending a formal complain to the relevant people immediately.
