non compliance

We purchased and paid for Safetywear including printing for our staff.Paid for these in September of 2019.I only received a part order today 05/02/2020,and its still incorrect.Printing is wrong,Safety boots never arrived,sizes are incorrect,and 2 overalls extra sent.Each time when calling them they said they sent the proof of printing to me to sign off.Never ever got that memo.Eventually upon getting hold of the rep Thabang i asked him to resend so i could check and sign it off.Did that eventually 27/10/2020 and they still got it wrong.Requested Mohammed the MD or Ridwaan to contact me to have the matter sorted.Never happened,they always in a meeting or out.The other concern is,one battles to get through to their office numbers.I asked the receptionist this morning to give me Mohammeds cell number so i could call him myself.Got a hold of him and he assured me that he would investigate and get back to me by the end of working day.Awaiting his response.Personally i would not recommend UBA as its been months since placing the order with them,and they still got it wrong.
