Just *****ing your money - The most UNPROFESSIONAL company

Absolutely horrific service or should I say Absolutely NO service at all! It has been a month and a half of trying to get a refund on an order we HAD to cancel since no-one notifies you if they don't have stock. They do not answer their emails and when you call it is the same answer everytime "your refund is being processed" or "we do refunds on Fridays" - well 6 Fridays later and still NOTHING. These people are the most unprofessional bunch I have ever seen!
