Bad service

I had the worst service ever. The Items they had to send me weren't everything I ordered and the jackets had stains on. I queried this with them on 25 November 2019 and nobody responded. I phoned twice and they promised to phone me back but nobody did. I WhatsApp them and the guy at first promised me they send other items, and I followed up with him, but he doesn't even respond. Eventually I phoned again and got someone else. She tried to help but also made empty promises. I asked her to refund and she doesn't want to help.
