Bad Service!

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered some diaries which I wanted branded. After two weeks I queried about how far they were with my order to be told that they have not received the artwork that I had sent them two weeks ago. Then was told they never had enough time to brand names on the diaries. Eventually received my order and one of the diaries had been printed upside down!!!! I am wondering if I will get a refund :(
