Unprofessional and lack of proper service

URB Flooring were employed to repair my oak wooden flooring. They guarantee their workmanship for 1 year. One month after the repair job was completed some of the repair work came undone and they will not respond to any emails sent or take any phone calls to arrange for them to come back the fix the problem. In addition as part of their service they were to remove at their expense the damaged flooring and rubble that they took out. This has just been left dumped in my driveway.
