UAF Garden Furniture - ****!!

I'd wanted to get cast iron loungers for Christmas. I found UAF Garden Furniture on Gumtree and also had a look at their website. I was in touch to John who advised that should the order be placed and paid for by 13 December 2018 delivery would definitely happen before Christmas. When I asked about dispatch I was then told that due to load shedding they were behind with orders and would only be able to dispatch after Christmas, but that we would receive the loungers before the new year. After many e-mail, sms's, WhatsApp's and unanswered phone calls I received a mail from UAF Garden Furniture to advise that the loungers were in Cape Town and would have to be returned to their factory after which they would dispatch them to me in Kzn. I asked that they be sent to me instead of back to the factory, this never happened. Again after many unanswered phone calls, e-mails, etc. I was advised that I would receive the loungers by Friday, 15 February 2019. When they weren't received I again contacted them and was advised that "John" was sick in hospital. This morning I received a mail to say that there was a death in the family and that they are away until next week. This is a ****, please don't get caught.
