Poor service

Jose called me and offered me product from Capital legacy. (They called me!) I eventually decided it was a good product add-on since I have existing cover with Capital legacy. The cover should have started 1 May. After a few calls and emails, I am ignored by Jose. I spoke to lady Amogelang on Friday, she really tried to help me. I havent received any documentation since 12 April. Amo let me know today that since I already had cover with Capital legacy, (they knew that), there must be a broker change before the cover is activated. I really called a few times and a few emails went to Jose prior, the info email bounced that is on the website. So after all of this, I told them to just cancel this. I won't recommend!
