I normally go in store to check for specials as I live around the corner and buy all my business needs by you. Going in there was a price advertised on the display. He still helped me with my box to the till, the next min he says sorry now the special is over and the price was not removed. Told him that he does not know the law and that I’m going to take it up. Head office called and said I should return for my refund. On our walk in there was no customers in shop, I asked the same young man that helped us the last time if the manager was on duty. He did not say much and walked to the back. We walked around in the shop and saw that nobody was coming to assist us and walked to the tills and stood there waiting. At some stage while working the till, the young man asked what the problem was and we explained. He left us standing and said nothing helping the queue of people. My friend at some stage asked him if we were going to wait long. He’s reply very bluntly was YES! In shock she asked him again sorry!! Yes he rep**** not even looking at us. I at first thought I heard wrong and then noticed the young man attitude Yes he again said you will wait long as he is not even hear. Very rude and erupted towards us IS THIS BECAUSE WE ARE WHITE PEOPLE, ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO SHOP IN YOUR SHOPS?? Do yourself a favor and visit the store to experience the feeling. Please do take a look at your in house video camera system, will show how we were handled, and I told my friend that we should leave we are not wanted TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT ON TRAINING YOU STAFF. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP IN ANY OF YOUR SHOPS. A person can feel when you are not wanted.
