Unprofessional staff and service at U pharmacy Randburg

Never in my life have I received such inconvenience from one service provider. I normally take my medication from this pharmacy, last year October I had to change the type of medication merely because they don’t have stock, the same issue happed this morning. The problem is, they don’t inform you to say they do not have stock, I mean I’m on their database and they have my details. The day I’m supposed to get my medication, that only then they say they are out of stock, when you ask the staff member, what needs to happen and what they recommend, they are unable to as they are not professional and it seems as if the product knowledge is not known. What threw me under the bus, the lady that assisted me tell me that my next date for my medication is the 8th of February and further says: ‘that’s if you want to come’ what nonosense is this?
