This post is to WARN people against this ********** company by the name of U Nailed it and the Man behind it Wesley Nesmith! And his partner Tyrone Bosch Beginning of this year I posted an advert asking for recommendations to start building our boundary wall. These guys approached us and we accepted their quote, without negotiation. Contract was written and signed with exact specifics- height, length materials etc We paid 40% upfront cash- They started building before the foundation phase was even completed they literally harassed us for further 25% cash .... I was bul**** by the sub contractor every day for more and more cash before the phase was completed. They took 3 months and built a completely wrong wall - out of spec- out of boundary line. Wonkey wall , wrong ratio of cement used. ( confirmed by external inspection done) Pillar was to be added every 2.5m - at places our wall extended to 5meters before a column is added. Built only 50 meters of wall and disappeared, leaving the whole 10 meters untouched.

When all this was raised - both the partners displayed they are now working separately. 85% of the quote was paid out! This is a very very large amount. And only 60% of work was done. We paid another contractor to complete this job!

We took them to court only to find out they arent registered!!! They are ***gy backing on another separate unrelated company's name.

Wesley Nesmith switched off his phone and stopped replying to our messages even on Facebook .

This has cost us double to complete and has been extremely stressful!

If anyone knows the addresses or where abouts of these two guys esp wesley Nesmith please send me a private message as I want to send the court order to them. I have signed copies of the contracts , specs ,b messages to carry this case forward.

PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO EVER ASK ANY CONTRACTOR FOR THEIR INSURANCE PAPERS AND COMPANY REGISTERATION NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE JOB IS.
