U-Craft Couches Stole my money and have not delivered my goods!

This company is a ****! I paid in full at their store on 12 December 2021 they have no delivered my couches,keep feeding me a bunch of lies if you look at their Facebook page you will see that they have done this to so many people who have actually opened up numerous cases with their banks and the police!!! Refund my money immediately!!! I am also in the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities and will that they do no get away with this!!! Absolutely disgusted I have also notified the consumer protection ombudsman!
