Not so confidential

I just had the most embarrassing experience at this facility. I was having tests done and while I was in the bathroom, the two receptionists and the doctor I was seeing were having a conversation about what I was doing there. According to my friend who accompanied me and was listening while this happened, the doctor responded and said that I was running tests and I don't know how much further into detail they went into as my friend could not hear everything that was being said. This is unacceptable. My reasons for going to the doctor should be kept confidential and no one outside the room should feel that they have the right to even ask about them. This is worthy of a lawsuit but I won't go that far this time. Please call your people to order.
