Appalling service

I am currently at Ucare medical center in park station Johannesburg. I am sick patient and they my doctor that I choose. I don't always go there as I am not always sick. I went there twice since I choose them as my doctor. The reception ladies told me that they cannot help me because discovery call centre is closed. They were rude to me and made me a fool in front of other patients. They were very unhelpful. I am changing my doctor and I will not recommend anyone using discovery med to go there. I now have to use a different doctor that I didn't choose as mine to assist me as sick as I am The service was appalling. I am fuming rite now.
