Dear U Can Store,

I have a storage unit at Strydom Park. Please note that when you do renovations, pick up the NAILS! I have complained to Alex and he doesn’t do anything about the nails lying around U Can Store. Last week me AND my dad got a puncture because you don’t pick up nails as you are renovating. That means two different punctures in two different cars.

I complained to Alex (see picture) to which he responded that he will pick them up. Today I drove in again, just for my car to tell me I have another puncture. I walked around picking up more nails. This is negligance and I can find 1000 different words on how I feel right now. Disgusted and appalled that after my first complaint NO nails were picked up. So the screen shot is from last week and all the attached pictures are from TODAY!!!!!!! On another note, when I signed up, I received an e-mail stating that if I rent a truck from I can store to move my things into storage, the cost will be free. The night before I was set to move, Alex, the store manager insisted I pay R800 and I had to dispute this with an email I received from U Can Store. Best regards Unhappy Customer
