Threatened by owners

My sister had registered to this beauty training institution a few days ago, upon registration she was required to pay for her enrollment where she was expected to be trained and taught the various beauty techniques...however upon arrival at the establishment the owner did not acknowledge her presence, she was extremely unprofessional and nothing was even taught to her, upon enquiring about the actual lesson the owner was rude and continued conversations over her phone with other people. as upset as my sister was she obviously posted her bad experience on facebook of the training session hoping that other ladies out there are not fooled by this institute, she was then called and threatened by the owner and her husband, she also received a call from the cops requesting her to remove her post on her personal experience. please can we investigate this institution so that others are saved from wasting their money.
