Poor Service and non delivery

You deserve a ZERO star. Poor service, No customer care. 4 months later I am still waiting for my Child's Album. This Zelda woman is the most RUDE person I ever met. Even worse someone who is suppose to give you quality service

We did a photoshoot 02 July 2019. On my child's 1st birthday. I arrived at the venue an hour earlier because I wanted to decorate the studio according to my specifics. I also wanted to pop the ballons as i could pop them at home and drive 35KM with them in the car. 1st encounter, She wouldnt let us in saying we are too early we can wander around and come back. I stood by the gate and started popping our ballons. we ddnt expect that the studio is a residential area. You can imagen how scary it is to be on someone's driveway . We cld have been ****** even. She let us in for our appointment. Suprisingly her inside had big enough space where she cld have let us park securely inside and do our thing while she is still busy in her house. The UGLY attidute she had. There was not even anyone on her studio so we could have spent time decorating the studio with out *****ing time from our HOUR.I had 3 outfits for my child. She wouldnt let us change saying we are not allowed. Asked why cuase you never specify anything like that. The shots we have are enough to make changes. I dont need 10 pics of the same thing. We had about 70 pics. We fought about that and I managed to change my child to at least a 2nd outfit. I was definately not happy about everything but I had to make the day happen for the sake of my child. Before I went there she said the pics and album will be ready between 2 to 3 weeks. After the shoot I asked again when will get everything and she said 3 to 4 2 weeks , and I sad thats not what she said to me. But anyways we had already done the pic so i though we will wait. 4 weeks later I asked when are we getting the parkage. She said she had electricity issues so its not ready yet. I asked why you ddnt inform me , why do I have to call 1st. She was still the rude woman I met not apologising for anything. Then we waited and waited. 6 weeks later I she said I must come and choose pics and sign. Something I was never told before. We also fought about that. Then I went. I chose and sign as per her request. Then she said she will get pics printed then she will let me know when I should come. that was 08 August 2019. Till this day 22 October 2019 . I am still wainting for my child's album. I have been calling and emailing her . She makes one story after another. She wont even respond to the emails. Lately she has been saying the supplier she was using gave her bad quality picture so she had to return them back. This woman is a nightmare. I dont know whether she ate my child's money now she is trying to recover it or she just doesnt care
