Bogus traveling agency Tzar travels

I joined this agency last year February and took a policy with them. In March 2020 I paid R4000 as a deposit for our trip to Mozambique. September after the lock down and all trips called, I requested for my deposit and to date. I have not received any response since they promised to pay me November then December 31, now they blocked me. This Travelling agency is a bogus. I want my money
