BEWARE!!!Thieving Travel Agency!!!

This travel agency is a ****! We booked a trip in 2020 for November and we paid the full amount in Feb. March 2020 lockdown had began and no travelling was permitted we waited to September/October to make a decision that it’s best that we cancel the trip and request a refund seeing as the country we were travelling to was still on full lockdown. We’ve been calling and emailing them nonstop and still they have not paid anything back. They keep deferring our calls to the “manager” or “owner”. The lady who helped us, Belinda, spoke to us in such a disgusting manner she kept saying that this is a Black country and that things won’t happen as fast as we would like and that we should be patient. We wait a few weeks then call again and she now has a new story, saying that the whole agency is in quarantine and no one can process our refunds. At this point we’re forced to take legal action because it’s March 2021, literally a year since we we paid them the full amount and it’s been 5 months since requesting our refund. If you want to have peace and not get ********** STAY AWAY FROM TZAR TRAVELS!
