Terrible Service from Tzaneen Roof Sheeting

Hi, I bought corrugated IBR roof sheets from Tzaneen Roof Sheeting I later realized that I bought a smaller size then when I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size then add the outstanding balance on the price. The store manager is refusing to exchange the Sheets. This is very unfair to clients, I have receipts with me. I really want to exchange the IBR sheets and get the correct size.
