Delayed Vehicle Repair

<p> </p> <p>I have an engine issue with my vehicle, so I had it towed to Tzaneen Precision Motor Works to get fixed. It has been 3 weeks with no update on the diagnosis and/or fixes to be done. Everytime I call the lady (Rwanda) she keeps on telling me that she will send me the list of parts to be bought for the fix on that day. The next day I call and ask why she didnot send the email, she tells me she was busy but she will surely send today. This company is very unproffesional. They have not even informed me what the issue is.</p>
