Disappointing Experience with TZ Commodities: Unmet Promises and Poor Communication

We initially approached TZ Commodities with the goal of fulfilling the needs of our client, who was seeking anthracite products. After reviewing their offer, which claimed competitive prices for washed anthracite, our client decided to move forward and paid a deposit, trusting that the company would fulfill the order as promised.

However, things quickly began to unravel. The first sign of trouble came with the missed deadlines. TZ Commodities repeatedly failed to deliver the products on the agreed-upon dates. Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for updates, the responses from the company were vague and lacked any concrete actions to address the delay. As time passed, we became increasingly concerned that the company was not serious about fulfilling the order.

After several weeks of waiting with no significant progress, we decided to reach out to TZ Commodities’ suppliers directly in an attempt to understand the cause of the delay. Unfortunately, when we contacted the company for clarification, the response was not helpful. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the directors became less responsive, and soon they stopped answering our calls altogether. This behavior was unprofessional, especially considering the deposit had already been paid and our client was left waiting.

In an effort to better understand the situation, we thoroughly reviewed the documentation that had been provided. During this review, we discovered inconsistencies in the paperwork, which raised further concerns about the company's ability to fulfill the order. This discovery made it clear that TZ Commodities was not committed to delivering the product as agreed.

At this point, it became clear that we could no longer continue waiting for a resolution. We advised our client to take appropriate action to protect their interests and pursue the matter further. The company’s failure to meet deadlines, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior had left us with no choice but to take more serious steps.

Ultimately, this experience highlighted that TZ Commodities was not reliable, and they had failed to meet even the basic expectations of a business relationship. Their inability to fulfill promises and address concerns caused significant frustration and disappointment. We would advise caution to anyone considering working with them, as their lack of professionalism and follow-through has been a major disappointment.
