Appaling service! Unjust and inefficient attorneys!

Following countless emails and calls to this firm, they still refuse to send us proof of our debt being paid up, stating that they are far too busy to do such!! They lodged a judgement on our name, inspite of payments actively being made into the debt account! They have subsequently blocked all our numbers and have never rep**** to any emails sent to them! OUR DEBT HAS BEEN CLEARED, CLEAR OUR NAME WITH THE CREDIT UNION! REMOVE THE JUDGMENTS FROM OUR NAME!! IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS, THEN ATLEAST SEND US THE LETTER WE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IT OURSELVES!!
