Not honouring loan agreement

Mr. Nel still hasn't honoured his agreement and refuses to respond to my follow up queries to provide prove of investment as he conveniently decided that investment were effected and not loan. He continues to promise repayment on loan agreement which never realizes. His conduct is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I seriously cautious any individual or institution to consider entering into any business transaction with Mr. Nel or any entity that he is associated with as his conduct reflect absence of honesty and integrity.
