Failure to refund Rental Deposit and Ignoring my calls.

I have a problem with regards to getting my ex landlord Mr Jacques Abrahamse to refund me my rental deposit. I moved out on the 18th May, and after numerous phone calls, emails, SMSs and WhatsApp messages he is still not giving me a date as to when he will pay my deposit back. It is now a month since I have moved out and only today I was notified that they must first do an inspection before they can release the deposit. I am sure this ******* and it can happen to the next tenant, the inspection should’ve happened on my last day and in my presence.

I have been in contact with his Sheq Admin lady by the name of Amelia Kamfer for the past 4 weeks and her response was the money has been paid to my account and she will send me proof of payment but now she is ignoring my calls.

All I want is for him to pay back my money.
