Absolutely terrible experience at Tyreworx Centurion!

What an absolutely terrible experience at Tyreworx Centurion! Today marked my third visit, adding up to a total of approximately 12 hours of waiting.

It all began with the replacement of the front shocks and shock mounts. On my second visit, I returned due to a noise coming from the front right wheel. After checking the suspension components, they concluded that one shock was faulty and replaced it under warranty. However, the noise returned the very next day.

On my third visit, they discovered a new issue—the steering rack end. After quoting me for the repair and making me wait another four hours, I was informed that they didn’t have the correct part and I would need to go elsewhere to fix the problem.

How is it possible that this issue wasn’t identified during the second visit when they supposedly checked everything?

Tyreworx, you have officially lost a client for life. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your services to anyone.
