Yet another Tyres.co.za non-delivery

Other reviews posted about Tyres.co.za on Hellopeter unfortunately suggests that my poor experience of this company is not unusual or unique. After being advised by the owner of that company that stock of 4 x General tyres was on hand and that I could expect delivery within 3-5 days I placed an order for these (Order 5714) and received an email from the company confirming such. At that point all appeared to be above board and under control. Almost a month has passed and despite numerous attempts to get my tyres (or a refund), the owner steadfastly refuses to address either. There have been many similar posts on Hellopeter in recent weeks which suggests that there's a significant problem with this company, hence you'd be best served buying tyres elsewhere, NOT with Tyres.co.za! You have been warned!
