Unable to supply tyres and finally got the refund after 2 months of struggle

Very bad experience, ordered for the SUV tyres on 4th March 2021. They were unable to deliver until 12th March, hence they promised me to refund and still supply the full order. Till date I haven't received the tyres however managed to receive the refund after 2 months. Planning to raise a complaint with www.miosa.co.za (Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa.
