tyres.co.za take money and does not deliver

<div>Here is my experience with tyres.co.za a company that sells tyres through their online tyres.co.za portal. On November 25 I bought a set of 4 265/65R17 112T Pirelli Scorpion all Terrain Plus tyers through their online platform tyres.co.za. Order number 7612 was confirmed, and **** promised to deliver within 3 working days. Upon realizing that **** had not met the deadline for delivery of the order, on 3 December I wrote to him reminding him of delivery of my order. He responded on WhatsApp that he will look into it. On the 4th of December, I wrote another reminder that and he did not respond. On 5 December I wrote yet another reminder and he responded apologizing and confirming that the tyres will be delivered on Wednesday 7 December. Again on 7 December ***** and tyres.co.za did not fulfil their promise delivery of the tyres that I purchased. He promised to deliver on the 12th of December. On 13 December, I called him in the morning to inform him that no delivery was made. As usual he promised that it will be delivered on the same day. I called again, I send him and he never picked up my phone call. I send him a Whatsapp message he then responded and promised to deliver on the 14th of December. Then come 14 December, ***** did not deliver the tyres. He opted to refund me. I supp**** him with the bank details. On 22 December he promised to send me proof of refund. Truly to ****, it was yet another false promise and I did not get any. Until now due to my earlier message of my complain on this review platform, he has attempted to get in touch and has committed to deliver on Wednesday 18 January. The false promises of delivery and refund has been going on for the past 2 months. His preferred mode of communication is Whatsapp messaging and non-committal to deliver what he purports to sell.
