Tyres.co.za no show

I placed my order and transferred the full payment of R7858 to tyres.co.za on 28 July2020. Despite sending many phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails most of which were rep**** to with promises of delivery, then change of tyre brand and then change of supplier warehouse. I have requested a refund which is stated in their policy and each time get refuted but, promised that the delivery will happen. They have even committed to sending a fitment at their expense but, no tyres and no refund! It is now three months with no delivery on an order which stated delivery in 48 hours(at the time of order these specific tyres were shown as in stock). My first posting regarding tyres.co.za was pulled for transgressing Hello Peter policy
