Tyres.co.za failed to deliver

<div>I have placed an order for 4 X 265/65 R17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 and transferred the full payment of R 12 796.00 to tyres.co.za, order number: 4982 on 25/12/2020. Despite sending many WhatsApp messages, most of which were rep**** to with promises of delivery which never materialized. The response on WhatsApp was from Thomas (Founder &amp; CEO) to fix the matter before or on Friday 22/01/2021 and has gone quite as usual. I have requested that the order be cancelled effective immediately and be refunded the full amount which is stated in their policy &amp; since the company failed to deliver. I must say that, I am really, really disappointed &amp; frustrated.</div>
